April has been a busy month! While its director traveled trough Ethiopia and Mozambique for his new film project (watch the trailer here), Silent Snow was screened on several festivals.

Silent Snow won the award for 'Best Mountain Nature and Culture Film Award' at the 6th International Mountain Film Festival in Domzale, Slovenia, last week.

Coming Sunday, Silent Snow will have its premiere on Dutch television on Ned 2, 1:55 pm.

Op 6 maart organiseert Transitie Roermond een vertoning van Silent Snow in Filmhuis Roermond aan de Zwartbroekstraat met inleiding en nabespreking met regisseur Jan van den Berg. De screening begint om 19:30.

March 17 and 18, Silent Snow will be screened on the Festival du Film Vert in Switzerland: Geneva, Nyon and Lausanne.

March 15th, 6:30 p.m. Silent Snow will have its Washington on the 20th anniversary of the Environmental Film Festival in the Nation’s Capital. More screenings coming up in India, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria and Slovenia.

This month, the Dutch cinema release of Silent Snow continues with several screenings in i.e. Wageningen and Maastricht. A special screening of Silent Snow will take place at Filmhuis Bussum on Wednesday February 15th.

We're looking back on a great year: Silent Snow was screened on many international festivals and the start of the Dutch cinema release has been quite succesful so far. Thank you all for supporting our cause and hope to see you at a festival or cinema in your country soon.

Unfortunately IDFA is over, but Silent Snow is still on in Dutch cinemas.

After the standing ovation of the 800 person audience at the premiere in Tuschinski Theatre Amsterdam, we had another series of enthusiastic reactions at the screenings in Tilburg and Den Bosch this week.
